We have arranged an emergency procedure with Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG)  In case you are unable to reach us due to an emergency situation such as a power outage or telephone problem in Manhattan, and need to place an order, please do the following:

1. Obtain your account number from a month-end statement  or confirmation statement.

2. Have your trade ready.  (Advise is not available)

3. Call the Rosenthal Collins wire room, 312-424-0563

4. Tell the order clerk, "I am a customer of Buchanan & Co in Manhattan, Kansas.  I am unable to reach them due to phone problems.  I need to transact an order."

5.  Keep a record of the date and time of your call and any information given you by the clerk.
